Job Summary:
The Influencer Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and influencers, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, and consistently exceeding client expectations. This role requires close collaboration with various departments, including operations and sales, to drive company goals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled in communication, with a strong understanding of influencer marketing, campaign management, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relations & Account Management:
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss campaign progress, upcoming marketing calendars, and potential upselling opportunities.
- Maintain ongoing client communication to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and adapt strategies as needed.
- Provide strategic suggestions and plans for clients' upcoming marketing calendars.
- Prepare and deliver daily reports on campaign progress and client status, including actionable insights and next steps.
2. Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and quality of influencer campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
- Support daily communication with the operations team regarding campaign progress, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with detailed reports and insights.
- Continuously analyze and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and campaign outcomes.
3. Influencer Relations:
- Select and onboard new influencers, ensuring they align with brand and campaign objectives.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with influencers, providing support and guidance throughout campaigns.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with influencers to generate creative ideas that align with client goals.
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue upselling opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and ensure the successful execution of company-wide goals.
- Provide daily follow-up and set tasks and plans for both clients and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Participate in cross-departmental brainstorming sessions to generate innovative campaign ideas and strategies.
5. Event & Activation Support:
- Attend events and activations, managing influencer participation and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Assist in organizing and executing client events, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand image.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations during events to optimize influencer engagement and client satisfaction.
6. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain detailed records of client communications, campaign progress, and influencer interactions.
- Regularly update CRM and project management tools to reflect the current status of campaigns and client accounts.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on campaign outcomes, client satisfaction, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver presentations that summarize campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, influencer marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English.
Additional Information:
- This position may require occasional travel to attend client meetings, events, and activations.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate client and campaign needs.
