Seeniun Properties is looking for a Real Estate Influencer to create engaging content and promote our property listings across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong social media presence, expertise in content creation, and the ability to influence potential buyers, investors, and sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging real estate content (videos, reels, stories, blogs, live sessions, etc.).
- Develop high-quality property tours, market updates, and investment insights.
- Help the marketing team by providing the shot videos to post consistently on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Promote luxury and off-plan properties through videos.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and digital marketers to create high-quality real estate content.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Proven experience as a social media influencer, content creator.
- Strong knowledge of real estate trends, investment opportunities, and buyer behavior.
- Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook content creation.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- A large and engaged follower base is a plus.
