Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – IT & HR Recruitment

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting business growth in the IT & HR recruitment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online networking.
- Present company services to prospective clients and build strong relationships.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to align client requirements with suitable talent.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Support in proposals, quotations, and client follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field.
- 2–4 years of sales/business development experience (recruitment or IT solutions preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + incentives.
