We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to oversee and coordinate interior design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of communication, ensuring all departments work collaboratively to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle, from initial client briefing to final delivery.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and managing expectations.
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and progress reports.
- Ensure design integrity and quality are maintained throughout the project.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project meetings to align teams and track progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management within the interior design or architecture industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with interior design processes, materials, and construction techniques.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and design software (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Project management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus.
