We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Controller to manage and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials to project sites.
Job Responsibilities
- Inventory control, Manage DAILY Logistics Transport & FACTORY Store: manage and coordinate INVENTORY, DAILY Transport & factory Store, ensuring smooth and timely operations across departments AS PER DAILY REQUIRMENTS.
- Team Communication: Serve as the main LOGISTICAL point of contact between the teams, ensuring information flows seamlessly.
- Handle Requirements: Collect, organize, and process requirements from different departments, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Problem-Solve Efficiently: Tackle any operational challenges that arise, with a focus on finding quick, efficient, and effective solutions.
- Support Tech Initiatives: Collaborate with technical teams to schedule FACTORY machines, VEHICLES maintenance & understand, support tech requirements.
- Manage and supervise a team of drivers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
- Plan and coordinate transportation routes to meet the needs of daily requirements, purchases, considering efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety.
- Monitor and maintain the safety standards of all transportation activities, including vehicle maintenance and driver qualifications.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and personnel for all activities.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of transportation operations.
- Oversee the procurement and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring they are in compliance with all Govt regulations and requirements.
- Create and manage budgets for transportation expenses and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Monitor and analyse transportation data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the transportation team and across departments.
- Presence & Supervise during any maintenance related work activity.
- Maintain accurate records for vehicles logs, machine logs, stock movement.
- Monitor Create and ensure documentation is compliant including the following: Reconciliation of LOGS, Daily Audit of reports/ RECEIVING DELIVERIES HANDING OVER TO MISCLINIOUS TEAMS AS REQUESTED.
- Ensure all TRANSICITIONS ARE WELL RECORDED.
- Investigate any discrepancies Docs and missing transaction to resolve MISSING LINKS.
- All invoices from suppliers/contractors must be verified and processed with payments team. Follow-up must be maintained to track pending invoices and flag pending payments. Maintain a liaison with suppliers to clear any outstanding payments.

Required skills to be successful
- Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 3-4 years in Inventory stocks Transports & Logistics handling role in local market is a must requirement.
- Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks: Good IT skills, qualifications from supply chain management/logistics institute beneficial.
Education: Diploma/ High school
