Chef or Cook - Iranian Cuisine
We are looking for a talented and experienced Iranian Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be skilled in preparing authentic Persian cuisine, including kebabs, stews, rice dishes, and appetizers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality Persian dishes (such as koobide , kabab , rice , stew and etc).
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Supervise kitchen assistants as needed.
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation as per company menu profile.
- Collaborate with the head chef for menu development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Persian cuisine.
- Expertise in grilling, rice preparation, and stews (khoresht).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Familiarity with kitchen hygiene and food handling.
- Team player with a passion for Persian food.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
