We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Supervisor to lead our technical team. This role will be responsible for overseeing IT operations and providing technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Plan, schedule, and execute IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain system uptime, implement security protocols, and ensure data integrity.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and workflows, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Work with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT services and support.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing guidance and support to the team
- May be involved in managing IT budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively.
