- Manage day-to-day operations of the joinery factory, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and lead a team of carpenters, machinists, polishers, and other factory staff.
- Ensure all joinery items are produced as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of joinery works for ongoing projects.
- Optimize manufacturing processes and workflow for efficiency and cost control.
- Monitor and manage material inventory, tools, and machinery.
- Maintain health and safety standards in compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
- Implement quality control measures at every stage of production.
- Troubleshoot production and technical issues, providing timely solutions.
- Prepare and present production reports to management.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in joinery or woodwork production, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of joinery production, materials, finishes, and machinery.
- Proven experience in managing teams and factory operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and joinery details.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Strong understanding of quality control and HSE procedures.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
