Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production / Engineer Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a mandatory background in joinery and fit-out works and will be responsible for overseeing daily factory operations, managing production teams, and ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production activities in the joinery and fit-out workshop
- Interpret technical/shop drawings and ensure accurate production execution
- Manage factory manpower, machinery, and material flow efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery of joinery items as per project requirements
- Uphold strict quality control and minimize material wastage
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized factory operations
- Generate daily/weekly progress reports and resolve production issues proactively
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in joinery and fit-out production (mandatory)
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant technical field
- Strong knowledge of wood and joinery details
- Ability to manage production schedules and factory labor teams
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings
- Fluent in English and Hindi or Urdu (mandatory)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
