Job Title: Junior Assistant General Manager

This position is part of our RIU talent development program, designed to fast-track recent graduates from top hospitality schools into leadership positions. As a Junior Assistant General Manager, you will be immersed in the core hotel operations, mentored by experienced leaders, and progressively take on responsibilities that prepare you for future senior management roles.

- Support the General Manager in daily hotel operations to maintain exceptional service standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Limited professional experience (internships or short-term assignments are welcome).
- A strong desire to grow into a hotel leadership role within the international hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- A flexible, hands-on attitude and the ability to adapt to multicultural environments.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish is highly valued.
