We are currently seeking a Junior Business Development Agent to join our talented team. Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.

Responsibilities:
- Execute business development strategy and B2B initiatives.
- Develop the partnerships with the aim of recruiting new partners through selected channels.
- Maintain direct contact with partners and IBs, ensuring excellent service standards.
- Work closely with B2B team and other departments to implement campaigns targeted at attracting new partners.
- Enforce prudent approach to the regulatory framework as per the company policies, ethos and ethics in the light of the developments in this dynamic sector.
- Manage partnership relations, communication and recruitment, maximizing customer acquisition.
- Optimize all aspects of the Partners program through new and established networks.
- Oversee the management of existing and new relationships with partners and clients.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles with experience in the FX or tech industry. We're looking for individuals eager to grow in the B2B space and develop industry-specific expertise over time.
- Familiarity with client acquisition and/or partnership building (e.g., working with IBs or affiliate partners).
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) are required. Additional languages like Arabic, Spanish, or German are a great asset, but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building and maintaining relationships. You enjoy meeting new people, listening actively, and representing your team with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where adaptability and a positive mindset are key.
