We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Estimator to join our interior fit-out turnkey team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing accurate cost estimations, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
- Support senior estimators in tender documentation and submissions.
- Maintain cost databases and project records.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in estimation, preferably in interior fit-out.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
