Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Logistics Coordinator (Trainee) to join our logistics team. This is an entry-level training position suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who are eager to build a career in logistics and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the logistics team in coordinating shipments and handling documentation.
- Support in preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipment tracking reports.
- Communicate with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Learn and support in managing cross-trade shipments..
- Maintain organized records of logistics transactions and documentation.
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the logistics supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / PG Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of logistics/shipping processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Eagerness to grow within the logistics field.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
