Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Key Account Manager with 2–3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of BFSI clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned BFSI client accounts.
- Understand client goals and deliver relevant product solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support) to implement solutions effectively.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on account performance and usage metrics.
- Support upselling and cross-selling of additional services within accounts.
- Assist with contract renewals and client onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to uncover new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Prior exposure to BFSI clients is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and client servicing tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle client queries or escalations professionally.
Preferred Candidate
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
- Experience working in or with IDV/RegTech firms is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Benefits
Salary: AED 100,000 – 110,000 per annum
