Roles and responsibilities of a steward

- Track the stock of cleaning supplies, utensils, and kitchen tools, and report any shortages or damaged items to the supervisor for timely replacement.

- Regularly empty waste bins, manage the disposal of garbage, and follow proper procedures for recycling and waste segregation.
