Looking for an experienced Labour Camp Boss to manage day-to-day operations of a worker accommodation camp in the UAE. Must ensure discipline, hygiene, safety, and smooth facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage camp operations and housekeeping
- Assign rooms and maintain occupancy records
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards
- Handle worker issues and enforce camp rules
- Coordinate with HR/admin for arrivals, transport, and health matters
Requirements:
- 3+ years of UAE labour camp management experience
- Familiar with UAE labour laws and camp standards
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Languages: Hindi/Urdu (required), basic English/Arabic (preferred)
