Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our contracting company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction site surveying and a minimum of 4 years of proven work experience in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys using total station, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
- Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate survey reports, site levels, and layout plans.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of project drawings.
- Verify survey data and calculations to ensure accuracy.
- Set out levels and reference points on site for construction activities.
- Monitor and record all topographic and as-built surveys.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant UAE experience in the construction or contracting sector.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying.
- Proficient in using Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS, and other surveying software.
- Strong understanding of UAE construction standards and practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Experience with civil high-rise building projects.
