Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Civil Construction
We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor with experience in civil construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for construction works
- Handle tendering process and evaluate contractor bids
- Manage contracts and track project variations and changes
- Monitor project costs and ensure they stay within budget
- Check completed work and process payment certificates
- Work closely with engineers, clients, and suppliers
- Ensure work follows legal, safety, and quality standards
- Support in resolving contract disputes or claims
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or B. Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 year of Quantity Surveying experience (UAE experience is mandatory)
