We are looking for a skilled Presser / Ironer to ensure all hotel linens, uniforms, and guest clothing are pressed and finished to high standards. This role is essential in maintaining the clean and professional appearance of hotel fabrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate ironing and pressing equipment (manual and steam press)
- Iron bed sheets, towels, uniforms, and guest garments
- Inspect items for wrinkles, stains, or damage before and after pressing
- Fold and stack or hang finished laundry neatly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pressing area
- Follow fabric care labels and safety instructions
- Report equipment issues or damaged linens to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Experience with ironing and pressing machines preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good physical stamina; ability to stand for extended periods
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
