About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Real Estate Lead Generator to join our Dubai team. This role is focused on generating high-quality property leads through digital advertisements, campaigns, and marketing funnels. You will manage and optimize paid campaigns while ensuring a steady flow of verified leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid lead generation campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Design and execute lead funnels to capture and qualify prospects.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure cost-effective cost per lead (CPL).
- Work closely with the Content Creator to align ad creatives with campaigns.
- Manage lead forms, landing pages, and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).
- Provide weekly reports on lead volume, quality, and conversion rates.
- Identify new digital marketing trends and adapt strategies for maximum ROI.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing / lead generation (real estate preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Knowledge of lead tracking tools (CRM systems, analytics, pixels).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage ad budgets and optimize ROI.
- Proactive, independent, and able to deliver measurable results.
