A Learning & Development (L&D) Manager in the UAE with experience is responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning with organizational goals and promoting a culture of continuous learning. This role involves assessing training needs, designing and delivering programs, managing performance management processes, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience in project management and talent development.
