We are looking for leasing executive to manage the leasing process for properties, including finding tenants, negotiating leases, and ensuring compliance who will be ready to join immediately and who have a minimum of 2 years experience( preferred Phillipines Nationality)
Jobs responsibilities:
- Tenant Acquisition:
- Identifying potential tenants through various marketing and outreach efforts.
- Conducting property viewings and presenting properties in a positive light.
- Evaluating tenant applications and conducting background and credit checks.
- Negotiating lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants.
- Lease Management:
- Preparing and reviewing lease agreements.
- Managing lease renewals and terminations.
- Ensuring compliance with lease terms and relevant laws.
- Maintaining accurate records of all leasing activities.
- Property Management:
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs.
- Addressing tenant inquiries and concerns.
- Conducting regular property inspections.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
- Researching market leasing offers and preparing investment proposals.
- Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Providing excellent customer service and support.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Preparing and maintaining lease agreements and other relevant documents.
- Generating leasing reports and updating management on performance.
- Maintaining accurate records of all leasing transactions.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics.
- Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations.
