The Leasing Executive is responsible for driving occupancy within Business Center and revenue through effective leasing strategies and client relationship management. This role involves marketing available spaces, negotiating leases, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Market spaces, conduct property tours, and negotiate lease terms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and address tenant needs.
- Analyze market trends to inform pricing and leasing strategies.
- Prepare and manage leasing documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field.
- Commercial real estate leasing experience.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leasing software.
