Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Real Estate Broker to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in real estate sales or leasing and a strong understanding of the Dubai property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property sales, leasing, listings, and closings.
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in transactions.
- Conduct negotiations and provide expert market advice.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai real estate regulations.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote listings.
- Maintain accurate contracts, documentation, and client records.
- Build and manage relationships with clients and investors.
Requirements
- Valid RERA Real Estate Broker License (Dubai).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales/leasing.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai property market and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM systems.
