1. Ensuring the safety and efficiency of lifting operations.
2. Responsible for ensuring that all personnel involved in these activities are adequately trained and that all formalities have been properly addressed.
3. Conducting toolbox talks with crew members to discuss specified activities, related hazards, and control measures designed to prevent injuries.
4. Provide the required personal protective equipment (PPE) to the crew and ensure compliance with safe work procedures and planning for safe lifting operations.
5. Coordinate and supervise all lifting activities involving cranes, adhering to the lifting plan, and ensuring the use of correct lifting methods and equipment.
6. Identify hazards associated with lifting and crane operations, and ensure that all necessary documentation, including permits-to-work (PTW) and load capacity charts, is in place. This comprehensive oversight helps mitigate risks and enhances the overall safety of lifting operations.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Experience:
- UAE (preferably ADNOC): 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- LIFTING SUPERVISOR CERTIFICATE (Preferred)
