Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to manage and oversee all property listings for our real estate company. The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end process of listing properties on various platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates to maximize exposure and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the property listing process from start to finish
- Collect and verify all necessary documentation (Title Deed, Form A, etc.) for new listings
- Upload and update listings on property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.)
- Work closely with agents to gather property details, photos, and videos
- Ensure all listings meet company and portal quality standards
- Monitor listing performance and make improvements when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and track listing expiry dates
- Communicate with photographers, marketing teams, and agents to ensure timely updates
- Generate regular reports on listing activity and performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate or property listing (1+ years preferred)
- Knowledge of major property portals and listing procedures in the UAE
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and online listing tools
- Must have own visa (mandatory)
- Immediate joiners preferred
