We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Listing Manager to lead our property listing operations. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on coordination, ensuring every listing is accurate, compliant, and optimized for visibility across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end listing process across CRM, portals, and internal systems
- Ensure all property data, pricing, and documentation are verified and compliant with ADREC/DMT standards
- Lead a team of listing coordinators, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback
- Collaborate with agents, photographers, and marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality uploads
- Monitor listing performance and implement improvements for lead generation
- Manage Bitrix24 workflows, automations, and reporting dashboards
- Tag and prioritize “hot deals” for internal visibility and follow-up
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years in real estate listing coordination or CRM management
- Strong command of Bitrix24 or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and compliance frameworks
- Tech-savvy with a process improvement mindset
