About Us:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing real estate company based in Dubai, committed to delivering exceptional property solutions and customer service. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin / Listing Assistant to join our team and support our agents in managing property listings and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize office documentation, contracts, and records.
- Prepare tenancy agreements, MOUs, and other real estate documentation.
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for the team.
Listing Management:
- Create and update property listings on CRM systems and real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
- Coordinate with photographers and graphic designers for high-quality property photos and marketing materials.
- Ensure all listings are accurate, up to date, and comply with company and RERA guidelines.
- Track listing performance and generate weekly reports for management.
Support to Agents:
- Assist agents with listing inquiries, document collection, and property database maintenance.
- Follow up with landlords, tenants, and clients when required.
- Maintain client databases and ensure all client information is accurately recorded.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Dubai real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of real estate CRM systems (e.g., PropSpace, Masterkey) and online property portals.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of RERA regulations is preferred.
Working Hours:
- 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
