Litigation Lawyer - UAE Experience

Your role
· Write all types of memos before first and appeal court, and attend experts meetings.
· Advise and handle on commercial, civil, and real estate, employment and family disputes before local courts.
· Advise and handle property sale and purchase, and rental disputes before courts and RDC.
· Handle all administrative works before judicial organizations.
· Conduct continuous legal research and prepare articles and commentary notes on laws in the UAE.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree from reputable university.
· You are a member of a Bar Association.
· You have proven experience in litigation in the UAE for min 3 years in a law firm in the UAE.
· You have excellent writing skills and possess good command of English.
· You are open-minded, motivated, flexible, capable of working independently, and eager to develop yourself.
Salary Package
· We offer attractive salary package with excellent cash compensation scheme on achieving targets.
· You shall also be subject to our finder fee module for finding new leads.
