Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team at IIQAF as a Loader. As a Loader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and timely moving of goods and materials within our organization. You will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments, organizing products in our warehouse, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently load and unload shipments in a timely manner, using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Check and verify incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure they are properly labeled and coded.
• Organize and maintain products in designated areas of the warehouse.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Operate equipment and machinery according to safety procedures and manufacturer instructions.
• Keep track of materials and equipment used and report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by sweeping, mopping, and removing pallets and other debris.
• Assist with other general warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or loading role.
• Familiar with warehouse safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to organize products efficiently.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse management systems.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
