Job Summary:

At IIQAF, we are looking for hardworking and reliable Truck Drivers to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods to and from various locations while adhering to our company’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Transport goods using a variety of vehicles, including but not limited to tractor-trailers, flatbed trucks, and refrigerated trucks
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance as needed
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries
• Properly secure cargo and ensure it is safely delivered to the designated location
• Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate schedules and delivery requirements
• Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries, expenses, and hours worked
• Obey all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle
• Adhere to IIQAF’s policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
• At least 2 years of experience as a Truck Driver
• Knowledge of various types of trucks and their use
• Working knowledge of GPS and other navigation systems
• Ability to read and interpret maps and route directions
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work long hours and travel long distances if needed
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Willingness to adhere to IIQAF’s drug and alcohol policy
