Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations across warehouses and production.
- Handle inbound and outbound shipments (local and international).
- Manage and track inventory movements and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and sales for smooth dispatching.
- Prepare shipping documents (invoices, delivery notes, packing lists).
- Communicate with transport companies and customs when required.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with physical stock counts.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of delivery systems and logistics software (ERP/Odoo is a plus).
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle multi-location logistics and fast-paced work.
- Basic English required (Arabic is a plus).
