- Handle customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate road transport operations across GCC countries, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Manage air and sea freight operations, including booking, documentation, and tracking.
- Oversee the handling of oversized and breakbulk cargo, ensuring proper coordination with ports, carriers, and third-party vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and agents to ensure smooth execution of end-to-end logistics processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional transport and customs regulations.
