Key Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in property transactions across Abu Dhabi.
- Provide expert guidance on property values, market trends, and legal procedures.
- Conduct property tours, client consultations, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong client base through networking and referrals.
- Stay informed on new developments, off-plan projects, and regulatory updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to market listings and close deals efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate, with a focus on Abu Dhabi.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market, communities, and lifestyle offerings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- UAE driving license and real estate certification preferred.
