Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, polished, and results-driven Luxury Property Sales Advisor to join our elite team in Abu Dhabi’s thriving metropolitan market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury real estate landscape, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in high-end property sales. You will be responsible for representing prestigious properties, cultivating relationships with affluent clients, and delivering a world-class buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and sell luxury residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi’s prime locations
- Build and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, investors, and international buyers
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and discretion
- Provide expert guidance on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to promote properties through high-end channels
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and private showings to expand client base
- Ensure seamless end-to-end transaction management, from inquiry to closing
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market insights
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or high-end client services
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market and luxury lifestyle trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a client-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
- UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
