Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic, Arabic-speaking Luxury Realty Consultant with exceptional English communication skills to join our high-performing sales team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a client-focused professional who can represent PSI’s premium property portfolio to high-net-worth individuals both locally and internationally.
Qualifications
- Promote and sell luxury residential properties including off-plan and ready developments in Abu Dhabi and other prime UAE locations.
- Deliver a seamless and high-end client experience from initial contact to final handover.
- Communicate confidently in both Arabic and English with diverse clientele.
- Conduct professional property presentations, virtual tours, and viewings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and legal/regulatory changes.
- Use PSI’s CRM system to manage leads, track interactions, and report on performance.
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and admin to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English – excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages are a must.
- 0-5 years of real estate experience, preferably in the luxury or off-plan segment.
- Strong understanding of UAE property laws,especially in Abu Dhabi.
- Confident, well-presented, and persuasive with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- UAE driving license and own car preferred.
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
