The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the recreational club, including buildings, grounds, pools, fitness equipment, and other facilities. This role ensures all areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained to deliver a high-quality experience for members and guests.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular inspections of club facilities including pools, gyms, locker rooms, courts, HVAC systems, lighting, and plumbing.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, codes, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
- Manage the maintenance budget, inventory, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, emergencies, or safety concerns.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, and general repairs.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
