We are seeking an experienced Manager with a strong background in leadership, client engagement, and service delivery to join our dynamic consultancy team. The role will contribute to impactful transformation initiatives across the public sector, particularly in the UAE and GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage service design and transformation engagements within the public and government sectors.
· Oversee the delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and quality standards.
· Direct and manage multiple project workstreams, coordinating efforts across internal teams and external partners.
· Cultivate and manage strong relationships with senior government stakeholders, understanding their objectives and aligning project outcomes accordingly.
· Facilitate strategic workshops, co-design sessions, and stakeholder interviews to uncover insights and drive solution development.
· Apply design thinking and human-centered methodologies to develop actionable, user-centric service solutions.
· Translate research and findings into strategic recommendations, service blueprints, and process improvements.
· Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, ensuring consistent project quality and team development.
· Maintain high standards in project planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management practices.
· Contribute to proposal development, client pitches, and other business development efforts as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Design Management, Public Policy, or related areas.
· Master’s degree in a relevant specialization is a plus.
· 4 to 6 years of proven managerial experience in service design, public sector consulting, transformation, or related fields.
· Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing teams and delivering results in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
· Strong client relationship and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of maintaining high client satisfaction.
· Deep understanding of human-centered design and innovation methodologies applied to public systems or large organizations.
· Excellent facilitation, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
· Effective in managing complex projects using planning tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile).
· Experience working with government clients in the GCC region is highly desirable.
· Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
