Principal Accountabilities
Work Management
The essential duties and responsibilities will include:-
- Oversee the collection, integration and analysis of digital data from multiple sources (web, mobile, CRM, marketing automation etc.) to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Partner with business, IT ad marketing teams to define measurement frameworks, KPIs and reporting requirements for digital initiatives.
- To work closely with individual Managers and Heads to identify insight needs, agreeing data sets and requirements for KPI monitoring.
- To work with Product team to ensure that tests and tracking are configured correctly for reporting and optimization.
- Lead deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and UX designs, channel performance and business outcome.
- Ensure proper implementation of analytics tagging, data governance and data quality processes.
- Stay current with industry trends and, best practises and emerging analytics technologies to enhance the bank’s digital analytics capabilities.
- To have an advanced understanding of CBD’s technical infrastructure, CRM and CMS platforms, and general data management processes.
- To provide objective and transparent analysis of digital data, using proven methodologies to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for investment to achieve Strategic aims.
- To develop and provide a structured data analysis service to all teams across Digital Banking, producing detailed reports identifying key trends and patterns, interpreting the data into practical and useful recommendations to support strategic objectives.
Requirements
Experience and Skills
· Bachelors / Masters with Specialization in Digital Marketing, Analytics, Statistics and Computer Science.
· Proven experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Webtrends) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, QlikView).
· Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with Data extraction, manipulation and modelling.
· Experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, PEGA) and marketing automation systems is a plus.
· Significant experience of identifying, analysing and presenting the results of digital data analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Advanced knowledge of SEO best practice.
· 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in Digital Analytics.
