Role Summary
Convert designer sketches or samples into accurate digital patterns ready for production using CAD software.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with designers to interpret designs and technical details
- Create and grade digital 2D patterns using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g. Gerber, Lectra, Optitex)
- Adjust patterns based on sample fittings or feedback Interview
- Maintain organized files, version control, and technical documentation
- Ensure all patterns meet quality and manufacturing standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in digital pattern making, preferably in womenswear or lifestyle fashion
- Portfolio required showcasing CAD pattern work or digital garments
- Proficient in CAD pattern software; knowledge of CLO 3D or Browzwear is a plus
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, and fabrics
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and ability to work with design and production teams
- Problem‑solving ability and time‑management skills
