Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing Lead to coordinate, execute, and trackmarketing activities across two brands — Designsmith and Florenstyle.
This role acts as the link between the Dubai office and the Bangalore marketing team, ensuring campaignsare delivered on time, brand standards are maintained, and all local marketing needs are executedefficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordination & Communication Act as the primary point of contact between the marketing lead, Bangalore marketing team, and internal departments. Manage the flow of briefs, updates, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Join all marketing team meetings, take notes, and circulate actionable minutes.
2. Content & Asset Management Work with the content creator to schedule and coordinate local shoots. Collect, organise, and share visual and written assets with the Bangalore team for editing, publishing, and archiving. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines before release.
3. On-Ground Marketing Support Assist in the execution of marketing events, exhibitions, client presentations, and local activations. Coordinate site visits, shoot permissions, and client approvals where required.
4. Vendor & Supplier Management Source, negotiate, and manage local vendors for printing, merchandise, and branded materials. Maintain a vetted vendor list for all recurring marketing needs (e.g., business cards, custom notebooks, signage).
5. Reporting & Tracking Maintain campaign calendars, shoot schedules, and task trackers.Prepare post-activity reports to measure campaign effectiveness. Track spending against the marketing budget for Dubai-based activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.3–5 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role.
Strong organisational and project management skills.Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace (experience with Canva is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work under tight deadlines.

Accuracy and completeness of marketing trackers and reports.
Quality and timeliness of local vendor deliverables.
Positive collaboration feedback from the Dubai and Bangalore teams.
