We are a growing service-oriented business seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to lead and execute all marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
- Develop creative content including videos, graphics, and written copy for promotions, social media, and advertisements
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring regular engagement and growth
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required
- Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize based on data insights
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a service-based or small business environment
- Strong content creation skills, including video editing and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
