We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our signage manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. As a key player in our sales team, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base, promoting our advertising services, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Generate new business leads by contacting potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and track communication through CRM systems.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Meet with clients regularly to understand their evolving needs and provide innovative advertising solutions.
- Sales & Proposal Development:
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to clients' needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, and strategy) to develop customized advertising solutions and campaigns.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to close deals.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging advertising technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand client demands in different sectors.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to the team for refining service offerings.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Track and report on sales metrics, including lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to senior management.
- Continuously refine and optimize sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaboration & Team Support:
- Work closely with the creative and media planning teams to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
- Attend internal meetings to provide updates on business development activities and collaborate on strategic initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand presence.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
