We are seeking an experienced QA/QC / Welding Inspector to join our team.
The successful candidate will ensure the quality of welding activities on piping, pressure vessels, and structural works in compliance with international codes and standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesInspect welding works in accordance with ASME, AWS, and API standards.
Review welding procedures, welder qualifications, and NDT reports.
Conduct inspections as per Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
Oversee NDT activities and verify compliance with ASNT Level II standards (RT, UT, MT, PT).
Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to resolve quality issues.
QualificationsDiploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
8–10 years experience in QA/QC welding inspection within oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI or equivalent welding inspector certification.
Excellent knowledge of welding techniques and NDT methods.
Strong understanding of ASME, AWS, and API codes.Effective communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
