Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the company’s products or services. This role involves market research, campaign management, digital marketing, Lead generation branding, and collaboration with sales and creative teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, print, events, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Digital & Content Marketing:
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and engage with audiences.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop blogs, videos, infographics, and other marketing materials.
- Optimize website content and SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
- Brand Management & PR:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Assist in PR activities, including press releases and media relations.
- Coordinate with designers and agencies for branding materials.
- Sales & Business Development Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Generate leads and nurture customer relationships through targeted marketing efforts.
- Event & Partnership Coordination:
- Organize and promote events, trade shows, and partnerships to enhance brand presence.
- Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders for marketing initiatives.
- Reporting & Budgeting:
- Track marketing expenses and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
- Prepare reports on marketing metrics and present findings to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in marketing, advertising, or a similar role (med-level candidates with strong internships may be considered).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
- Familiarity with design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta ads, TikTok).
- Certification in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.).
