Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Marketing Executive to support the growth and operations of a Category. The ideal candidate will assist in driving category performance through cross-functional coordination, data analysis, marketing campaigns etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Category Management & Strategy
- Support the Category Manager in driving the business performance
- Monitor daily/weekly KPIs such as revenue, consultations, conversion etc.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and suggest pricing, packaging, or promotional improvements
- Customer Journey & Retention
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to enhance patient onboarding, engagement, and retention
- Track user feedback and drop-off points to optimize patient experience
- Assist in launching new service offerings or loyalty/retention initiatives
- Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Coordinate with marketing teams on campaign briefs, creatives, and performance tracking
- Own category-specific landing pages, product listings, and CRM journey inputs
- Help plan and execute webinars, influencer tie-ups, or doctor-led content for awareness
- Operations & Coordination
- Liaise with pharmacy, doctor, dietitian, and support teams for smooth program execution
- Monitor SLAs for consultations, prescription issuance, medicine delivery, and test fulfillment
- Ensure SOP compliance across touchpoints (consults, communication, follow-ups)
- Reporting & Insights
- Prepare and maintain dashboards for tracking sales, funnel metrics, and doctor performance
- Share actionable insights for weekly business reviews and monthly plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, healthcare sales, operations, category etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel/Sheets a must)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in telehealth, health-tech, or wellness startups
