Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Outdoor Marketing Representative (Female preferably) to drive field-based marketing, customer engagement, and brand visibility for our Test and Measurement product portfolio. You will be the face of Doble Phenix in the field, demonstrating equipment, generating leads, and collaborating closely with Arabcal’s sales team to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduction of Test and Measurement instruments to power generation and distribution customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with utility companies, electrical contractors, and industry stakeholders
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through field visits, industry events, and networking
- Collaborate with Arabcal sales engineers to prepare tailored proposals, quotes, and technical documentation
- Gather market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback, and share reports with the marketing and product teams
- Coordinate logistics for equipment rentals, trials, and after-sales support in coordination with our service team
- Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, and customer workshops
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of field-based marketing or technical sales experience in the power generation/distribution sector
- Strong technical aptitude to understand and present Test and Measurement equipment features and benefits
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the Emirates
- Proven ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and close opportunities in utility markets
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools
