- 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in building and leading high-impact marketing teams and campaigns.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, brand management, and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with fluency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience aligning marketing with sales, product, and leadership teams in cross-functional environments.
