In MICROAVIA we are developing a drone-in-a-box solution for critical infrastructure & perimeter surveillance. The heart of the system is server-side software that puts together drones, landing stations, client computers, and other devices. Users have full control over any drone connected to the system, including live video streaming. Operation of the system is highly automated, server software controls all operations: performing flights according to schedule, battery swap, preflight checks, missions uploading, downloading high resolution data after flight, and many other necessary things. A typical setup may count up to 100 drones-in-a-box.
We develop all mechanics, electronics, on-board and ground software ourselves, which allows us to effectively integrate all components with each other and quickly solve issues and implement new features.
We use a wide range of modern technologies and programming languages in our work: C++17, Python, Golang, JavaScript, Typescript, WebGL, GStreamer, and WebRTC. Embedded platforms are STM32, NVIDIA Jetson Nano/Orin NX.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing and Lead Qualification Manager to execute Microavia's marketing strategy while actively supporting the sales team in qualifying leads and filtering initial opportunities. The ideal candidate must be well versed in traditional and digital marketing, have excellent project management skills, and be committed to a date-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales and product teams to support lead generation, product positioning, and handle inbound inquiries and first-line sales requests (60-70% of the work time)
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage online and offline campaigns, including website, email, social media, trade shows, and advertising
- Lead content creation efforts: brochures, presentations, blog posts, product sheets, and press releases
- Plan and oversee participation in industry events, exhibitions, and partnerships
- Track marketing performance, analyze metrics, and prepare regular reports on ROI and KPIs
- Oversee SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media campaigns to improve digital visibility
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media contacts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in technology, aviation, or industrial sectors)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
- Experience in lead qualification or inside sales is a strong advantage
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative, hands-on, and results-driven mindset
- Experience in event planning, brand management, and campaign execution
- Based in Dubai, UAE
