Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and brand communication efforts for a high-end men’s apparel brand. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in luxury fashion marketing, with strong expertise in digital marketing strategies and public relations. This role will drive brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and position the brand as a leading name in the premium menswear market.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive online presence and brand awareness.
- Oversee content creation for social media, website, newsletters, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage SEO, SEM, and performance marketing to optimize traffic and conversion rates.
- Monitor analytics to evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual aesthetics across all digital platforms.
Public Relations & Brand Communications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion editors, journalists, influencers, and stylists.
- Coordinate media outreach, press releases, interviews, and brand features in top-tier publications.
- Plan and execute brand events, product launches, and fashion showcases.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and photographers to deliver compelling brand imagery and campaigns.
- Manage crisis communications and ensure the brand’s reputation remains strong and aligned with its values.
Market Insights & Strategy
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in luxury fashion.
- Develop seasonal marketing calendars in alignment with collection launches.
- Collaborate with retail, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to create integrated marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, social media strategy, and public relations.
- Strong network within the UAE luxury fashion media and influencer community.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic or French is an advantage.
